The College of Arts and Sciences Collegiate Fund, the annual fund for the College of Arts and Sciences, is an important element in enriching the lives of our students. Gifts made to the Collegiate Fund are used to provide our students and faculty with resources necessary to continue the tradition of excellence and opportunity for which the college is known.
Gifts made to the Arts and Sciences Collegiate Fund will:
- Help students with financial needs through scholarships.
- Recognize students who excel in their chosen field of study through merit-based scholarships.
- Fund research grants for faculty which in turn leads to undergraduate research opportunities for students.
- Provide teaching and travel grants for faculty.
- Purchase special equipment or technology for any of our 23 departments.
- Support other priority needs of the college.
With over 46% of UA credit hours produced in A&S classes, the College of Arts and Sciences is an essential part of every UA student’s educational experience, regardless of their major. The Collegiate Fund is a critical part of shaping that experience, giving students the resources they need to find their passions, sharpen their skills, and become the next generation’s leaders.
