Bama Blitz 2024

We Are UA is the University's faculty and staff giving campaign to support colleges, schools and programs across our campus. By participating, faculty and staff enable our institution to achieve its mission of advancing teaching, research and service at the highest level. We Are UA will continue until April 18, 2024. Faculty and staff are encouraged to give to a personally meaningful fund, as all gifts to UA by faculty and staff count toward the We Are UA campaign. During Bama Blitz, the total number of gifts and dollars raised for the following three funds will be highlighted at the top of this page. Please consider giving to one of the following unique giving opportunities. 

The Alabama REACH Support Fund

Alabama REACH aids current and former foster and homeless youth, legal orphans and youth raised in guardianship care in becoming successful college graduates. 

The Veteran and Military Affairs Scholarship

The Veteran and Military Affairs Scholarship helps to ensure continued support and resources for those who are serving or have served our country. 

The Calvin J. Brown Endowed Scholarship Fund

Named in honor of Calvin Brown, former Assistant Vice President and Director of Alumni Affairs at UA, this fund provides scholarships to entering freshmen graduating from a high school in Tuscaloosa County.
