We Are UA

We Are UA is the University's faculty and staff giving campaign to support colleges, schools and programs across our campus. By participating, faculty and staff enable our institution to achieve its mission of advancing teaching, research and service at the highest level. We Are UA will continue until May 1st, 2026. For more information on We Are UA and different ways to give, please visit https://weareua.ua.edu.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to give to a personally meaningful fund, as all gifts to UA by faculty and staff count toward the We Are UA campaign. During Bama Blitz, the total number of gifts and dollars raised for the following two funds will be highlighted at the top of this page. Please consider giving to one of the following unique giving opportunities.

Adapted Athletics Excellence Fund

The Adapted Athletics Excellence Fund supports student-athletes with disabilities in UA Adapted Athletics. Learn more about UA Adapted Athletics at https://bamaadapted.com/

RISE Program Development Fund

The RISE Program Development Fund supports the RISE Program for children of all abilities. The support fund is used for a variety of purposes in support of the program’s mission.

The Alabama REACH Support Fund

Alabama REACH aids current and former foster and homeless youth, legal orphans and youth raised in guardianship care in becoming successful college graduates.
