Did you know that Alabama Athletics funds the scholarship cost of all student-athletes who receive partial or full scholarships at the University of Alabama? In fact, the Athletics Department will spend more than $19 million on student-athlete scholarships this year.
Alabama Athletics is dedicated to providing the full number of scholarships allowed by the NCAA for each of our sports; however, our scholarship endowment does not provide enough revenue each year to cover the cost of scholarships for all of our eligible student-athletes. That’s where the Crimson Tide Scholarship Fund (CTSF) comes in. Each year, the CTSF, our annual scholarship fund, helps to fill the gap and provide scholarships for our outstanding student-athletes.
Not many things can change a young person’s life like the gift of an education. During Bama Blitz, join your fellow Crimson Tide fans and supporters to fund a scholarship for one student-athlete, providing the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to become a member of the Crimson Tide.
We are raising funds for the cost of one full scholarship, which includes tuition, fees, room, board, books and other expenses associated with the cost of attendance. Our goal is $49,562.
